Men Who Cover is a faith-centered movement helping men become more spiritually present, emotionally responsible, relationally intentional, and connected in genuine brotherhood. We believe stronger men help build stronger marriages, stronger families, stronger churches, and healthier communities.
At the heart of Men Who Cover is a simple conviction: a man should not only know how to provide for the people he loves—he should know how to pray for them, be present with them, grow alongside them, and have other men around him who can strengthen and encourage him too.
WHY MEN WHO COVER EXISTS
Because Strength Should Not Mean Carrying Everything Alone.
Men are often expected to provide, protect, lead, solve problems, and remain strong for everyone around them. But many men have very few spaces where they can grow honestly, receive encouragement, deepen their faith, and talk about the pressures they carry.
Men Who Cover exists to help close that gap. Through prayer, brotherhood, practical resources, gatherings, and supportive spaces such as The Mantuary, we help men strengthen themselves while becoming more intentional about the people and responsibilities they cover.

Founded by Dr. Elsworth Neale
Men Who Cover was founded by Dr. Elsworth Neale out of a conviction that men need more than expectations—they need spiritual depth, emotional responsibility, genuine brotherhood, and practical support as they lead and cover their families.
Drawing from his work in ministry, family life, leadership, and personal development, Dr. Neale created Men Who Cover as a faith-centered movement that helps men grow in prayer, presence, character, and connection with other men. The vision is not to replace the local church or its men’s ministry, but to provide resources, gatherings, and supportive experiences that strengthen the work already being done to build healthier men and stronger families.
